General Definitions
Company: Refers to the online platform GoldPari (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) that provides users with online betting services.
Company’s Brand: The recognizable elements that differentiate the Company from competitors, referred to as “GoldPari” for this Affiliate Program.
Website: Any website associated with the Company, containing the Company’s Brand, either in full or partially, within its domain name.
Products: Services or features offered to users through the Company’s resources.
Affiliate Program: A collaboration between the Company and Affiliates, enabling the latter to promote the Company’s services and receive commissions. Participation begins upon registration at goldpari.partners.
Affiliate: A webmaster (individual or legal entity) participating in the Affiliate Program to attract new users and promote the Company’s services.
Affiliate Account: A personal account for Affiliates within the program.
New Users: Users who have never registered on any GoldPari website, directed via an Affiliate’s referral link, and who complete registration and their first deposit.
Referral Link: A unique URL containing the Affiliate’s identifier, directing users to the Company’s website.
Earnings: Monetary rewards earned by Affiliates for generating revenue through referred users.
Payment: Transfers of earnings made from the Affiliate Program’s account to the Affiliate via external payment systems.
Reporting Period: A specified time frame during which Affiliates can track their performance within the program.
Advertising Materials: Content in text, graphic, audio, or video formats used to promote the Company’s products online.
Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. Affiliates must review and agree to the Affiliate Program’s terms and conditions before engaging with the Company.
- 1.2. Only users aged 18 or older are eligible to participate. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of earnings and account suspension.
- 1.3. Affiliates are responsible for safeguarding their personal account information. The Company is not liable for data breaches caused by the Affiliate’s negligence.
- 1.4. The Company reserves the right to decline collaboration with any Affiliate without providing justification.
- 1.5. The Company may modify this Agreement at its discretion, with changes taking immediate effect upon publication on the Affiliate Program website. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing updates.
- 1.6. Multiple registrations or re-registration as a sub-affiliate are prohibited.
2. Advertising Materials
- 2.1. Advertising materials must be placed on the Affiliate’s resources in accordance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and the Company’s requirements.
- 2.2. Affiliates creating their own materials must submit them for moderation and approval by the Company.
- 2.3. Affiliates must maintain the accuracy and relevance of advertising materials. Violations, such as outdated offers or incorrect branding, may result in account suspension.
- 2.4. Affiliates are solely responsible for the operation and content of their resources where advertising materials are placed.
3. Traffic Sources
- 3.1. Affiliates must disclose all traffic sources during registration.
- 3.2. Concealment of traffic sources may result in penalties, including withholding payments.
4. Intellectual Property
- 4.1. Affiliates are prohibited from copying the Company’s websites or branding elements.
- 4.2. Unauthorized use of the Company’s logos or trademarks is not allowed.
- 4.3. Affiliates may not register domains or applications resembling the Company’s branding.
5. Confidential Information
- 5.1. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Company.
- 5.2. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may lead to termination and legal action.
6. Earnings and Payments
- 6.1. Affiliates earn a commission based on the revenue generated by referred users.
- 6.2. Payments are made weekly, provided the Affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of $30 and attracts at least 4 new users.
- 6.3. Payments may be delayed due to technical issues or verification processes.
7. Dispute Resolution
- 7.1. Affiliates can contest decisions by contacting the Affiliate Program’s support team in writing.
- 7.2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.
